Our mission is to inspire lifelong learning, promote healthy choices, and empower the youth in underserved communities. Through our core pillars of literacy, health promotion, and unwavering support, we are dedicated to fostering a brighter future for all.

We understand the importance of healthcare. We offer vital assistance through referral services, ensuring low-income individuals and families have access to essential medical screenings, treatments, social services, and shelters, thereby supporting their overall well-being.
Lifelong Literacy Programs:
Knowledge is the key to a bright future. Our comprehensive programs cover a spectrum of literacy, including financial literacy, STEM literacy, health literacy, and various life skills for ages 0-23. We empower youth to become well-rounded individuals, equipped with the knowledge they need to thrive in all aspects of life.

Autumn's Reading Train was founded in September 2019 in loving memory of my daughter, Autumn Elise. Born in 2015 with a congenital heart condition, she gracefully earned her angel wings in 2016. Despite her brief time with us, Autumn Elise's love for books, her fighting spirit, and our trust in His plan inspired us. Losing such a dear soul was profoundly transformative. Yet, in our grief, and with our faith we found the strength to carry on her legacy of love, learning, and life. We recognize the vital connection between literacy, education, and well-being. We firmly believe that overall healthy communities are the bedrock for individual well-being. Hence, our organization places Health and Literacy at the pinnacle of our mission. In many ways, we see literacy as a beacon guiding the path to improved health and educational achievements. We understand that in low-income families, access to health resources and educational opportunities can be scarce. That's why we're passionately committed to directly assisting underserved youth, providing them with the tools they need to flourish. Our goal is to nurture a holistic approach to life literacy, recognizing it as the cornerstone for a healthy heart and a fulfilling future. At Autumn's Reading Train, we work tirelessly to bridge the gap for young individuals in need. Our programs are carefully designed to instill lifelong skills. Through our literacy initiatives, we empower youth with invaluable knowledge, paving the way for a brighter, healthier adulthood.

Free books, health promotion events, supplies, and lifelong skills education to our low-income youth who may not have access to such services. When our youth experiences hands on learning and caring for themselves, they will gain lifetime skills to be successful in their adulthood.
